Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II Single Player – The Call of Duty series has been one of the most successful game series of all time. After the release of Modern Warfare 2, I thought it was as good a time as ever to get back into Call of Duty and catch up with some old friends. Five years later, when we talk about Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, there is no confusion about which of the two games of the same name people are referring to. This year’s Call of Duty campaign is a sorry misfire with a lackluster story, muddled mechanical innovations and a mostly over-the-top design that doesn’t live up to the standards of its forgettable 2009 namesake, nor its 2019 predecessor.

Sometimes you’ll play as another character, like a member of the Mexican special forces led by Colonel Alejandro Vargas, but mostly you’ll have Soap or Gaz joking around with Ghost or Price as you go through the game’s 17th trotting mission.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II Launch Date

The Modern Warfare II multiplayer beta began on September 16 for PlayStation 5 players, and on September 22 for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC.
